Shipping Policy
At Sacucany, we strive to process and deliver your order as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping practices below.
- Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation is sent. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on its way.
- Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following locations:
- United States (all 50 states and territories)
- Canada (all provinces)
We do not ship to addresses outside of the United States and Canada at this time.
- Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates
We offer Free Standard Shipping on every order.
- United States: 3 – 5 business days in transit
- Canada: 5 – 7 business days in transit
- Carriers
We work with major carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL eCommerce. The carrier for your shipment will be assigned based on destination and service availability to provide the most reliable delivery.
- Customs for Canadian Orders
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Sacucany has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
- Address Restrictions
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes in Canada. Please provide a physical street address to avoid delays or cancellation.
