- Return Window
You may return your item(s) within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition received
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
If your item arrived defective or damaged, this condition is waived. Please email info@sacucany.sbs with photo evidence, and we will assist you immediately.
- Return Shipping Costs
Returns are completely free for all orders within the United States and Canada. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label after you initiate a return. There are no restocking fees.
- How to Start a Return

- Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval status.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
- Credit Visibility: The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for it to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
